Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

After notifying us of your decision to return the item, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In original packaging (where reasonably possible)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior agreement may not be accepted. Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Condition of Returns

We may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

This may include:

  • Signs of use beyond inspection
  • Damage not caused by us
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Items returned incomplete or not in original condition

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you change your mind after dispatch, the original delivery cost may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Typical outbound delivery costs are:

  • Electric scooters (up to 30kg): £35
  • Accessories & parts: £8–£18 depending on item

We can assist in arranging collection via courier if required.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may request photographic evidence or return of the item for inspection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (usually 3–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider (processing delays are common)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refund unless the item is faulty. Sale items may be excluded from returns unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@tsportpower.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first to obtain the correct return address.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
