WARRANTY

All mobility scooters and mobility accessories supplied by T-Sport Power are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (effective from 01.01.2025, orders placed before this date were covered by a 6-month warranty). This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If a fault occurs within the warranty period, the product or faulty part will be repaired, replaced, or refunded where repair or replacement is not possible.

When making a warranty claim, customers are required to return the product or relevant part to us for inspection.

Due to the nature of mobility equipment, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow user instructions are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty exclusions include (but are not limited to):

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or user error
  • Accidental or impact damage
  • Neglect or improper maintenance
  • Punctures or consumable parts
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Improper storage or environmental damage
  • Failure to follow the user manual

Any modifications or alterations outside manufacturer specifications will invalidate the warranty.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all products. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to return.

All returned items are inspected within 7–14 days of receipt. If an item shows signs of use, damage, or misuse, a full refund may not be applicable.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation. No compensation is provided for inconvenience, delay, or loss of time.

Extended returns may be offered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion and must be agreed in writing prior to purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
