PROJECT AIRWALKER (EW-02)
The development of the AirWalker began with a simple observation: many people did not fit neatly into either the rollator or mobility scooter category.
Traditional rollators offered valuable support and encouraged walking, but once fatigue set in, users often had to stop their journey or rely on assistance from a family member or carer. Mobility scooters, whilst comfortable, often reduced the opportunity for physical activity and could be bulky to transport.
The T-Sport development team set out to create something different — a mobility solution that would allow users to stay active for longer whilst providing immediate assistance whenever needed.
The challenge was ambitious. The new design had to function as both a supportive rollator and a powered mobility aid, whilst remaining lightweight, compact, and simple enough for everyday use.
After months of development, engineers created a unique folding aluminium chassis that combined exceptional strength with low weight. Dual 250W brushless motors were selected to provide smooth and reliable power, whilst a removable airline-approved lithium battery offered practical travel flexibility.
Particular attention was given to user comfort and independence. Height-adjustable armrests, a comfortable seat, intuitive 360° joystick control, and a compact folding mechanism were all developed with real-world users in mind.
One of the most important design goals was portability. The AirWalker needed to fit easily into a car boot, fold within seconds, and remain manageable for transport by family members or carers. Extensive testing led to a compact folded size of just 65 × 27 × 80 cm, making it one of the most practical products in its category.
Throughout development, feedback from mobility users played a key role. Many described situations where they wanted to continue walking for exercise but needed the reassurance that powered assistance was available if they became tired. This became the guiding principle behind the entire project.
Today, the AirWalker represents a new approach to personal mobility — combining the health benefits of walking with the freedom of powered independence. It allows users to walk when they want, rest when they need, and continue their journey with confidence.
The result is a lightweight, foldable electric rollator designed for everyday life, travel, shopping, holidays, and maintaining independence without compromise.

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your order number serves as proof of warranty, so please keep it safe. When contacting us, please always quote your order number so that we can identify your purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with the motor, battery, frame, and electrical wiring.
All other components, including tyres and wheels, seats, ignition locks, chassis components, and folding mechanisms, are considered wear-and-tear items. These parts are not covered under the warranty and can be replaced at an additional cost if required.
Can I try it before purchasing?
Can I try it before purchasing?
Yes, you are welcome to try the scooter before purchasing, for example at our warehouse in Poole.
If we are located too far away from you, you can place an order, carefully unpack the scooter at home, and try it in your own environment. If you decide that it is not suitable for your needs, simply repack it carefully in its original packaging and contact us to arrange a collection.
The collection charge is only £25. This is the fee we pay directly to the courier and will be deducted from your refund amount.

We dispatch all orders on the same day if they are placed before 1:00 pm. We use the FedEx Priority service, which is designed for next working day delivery.
If you place your order on a Friday, you will most likely receive it on Monday. However, in some areas FedEx may deliver on Saturday as well, depending on the local delivery driver and depot.
We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging.
Please contact our Dispatch Department, quoting your order number, and let us know that you wish to return the item, together with the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with full instructions on how to proceed and arrange a courier collection for you.
