Hi i am really happy with my wheelchair, only downside is that we cannot find how we lower the armrest & we have raised the backrest as high as it will go. But as I am only 5ft I feel it need to bring it more upright for more comfy ride one more thing is the footrest is tilted slightly upright causes my legs pthanksain , hope someone can help x
First day using it and I love it. Very responsive and comfortable.. looks great too A lot different to what I am used to but so far I think its great and and very pleased with it ..
I bought this for my wife who has MS.
I chose this scooter as the advertised weight was 25 kgs but it is a lot heavier (+10Kgs) not as easy as I thought it would be to get in the back of our car.
I had to change the joy stick to the left as my wife is unable to use her right arm. On moving the joystick to the left I found there is only one tapped hole in the arm making the bracket liable to move when using the joystick, (not a very good design).
Too early to comment on the performance..
We weighed the scooter again today to confirm the weight. The weight in the package is 33 kg, the weight without the package with all the accessories and battery is about 28 kg. This is the lightest metal that can be used to produce proffesional powerchairs (aluminum). You can consider lighter and cheaper powerchairs made using light alloys and which do not meet safety requirements and can be dangerous to use
As for moving the joystick to the left side, we did not consider this option during production, but our engineers noted this complaint and will make this option available as well
