You asked and we listened! We were always asked to make a light weight mobility scooter that can fold down to easily fit inside the boot of a car. And after a year of designing, manufacturing and testing it is finally here. The all new X5 has a very neat trick. Just press the button and like a Transformer the scooter folds itself down into a neat little cube. Press the unfold button and it will unfold itself. We managed to get the weight down to 24kgs, so much easier to pick up than other ones.

A Class 2 mobility scooter is a lightweight, portable vehicle designed primarily for pavement use, with a maximum speed of 4 mph and no requirement for DVLA registration.

The battery is easily removeable so can be removed for convenient charging. It has all the features you would expect such as simple controls with one large lever to go forward and one to go backward. When the lever is released the brake automatically comes on so it will not roll forwards or backwards unintentionally. It can climb up 12 degrees and has rear anti roll safety wheels so will not tip back. The seat and handlebar heights are adjustable and the range per charge is 10-15km.

PROJECT X5

The idea behind the X5 Auto Folding scooter was born from a growing demand for a premium mobility scooter that combined advanced technology with everyday practicality. Many users loved the convenience of folding scooters, but wanted something more modern, more comfortable, and easier to handle during travel.

The T-Sport development team began working on a new generation scooter focused on effortless usability. Their goal was simple — create a mobility scooter that could automatically fold within seconds at the press of a button, without requiring strength or complicated assembly. Engineers also worked extensively on improving ride comfort,  and stability whilst maintaining a sleek and compact design.

After numerous design revisions and real-world testing, the X5 Auto Folding scooter was introduced as one of the flagship models in the T-Sport range. Featuring remote automatic folding technology, a lightweight yet durable frame, airline-friendly lithium battery, and comfortable padded seating, the X5 quickly became popular amongst users who valued independence and freedom whilst travelling.

Today, the T-Sport X5 is recognised as a modern travel mobility scooter designed to make everyday journeys simpler, safer, and more enjoyable.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your order number serves as proof of warranty, so please keep it safe. When contacting us, please always quote your order number so that we can identify your purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with the motor, battery, frame, and electrical wiring.

All other components, including tyres and wheels, seats, ignition locks, chassis components, and folding mechanisms, are considered wear-and-tear items. These parts are not covered under the warranty and can be replaced at an additional cost if required.

Can I try it before purchasing?

Yes, you are welcome to try the scooter before purchasing, for example at our warehouse in Poole.

If we are located too far away from you, you can place an order, carefully unpack the scooter at home, and try it in your own environment. If you decide that it is not suitable for your needs, simply repack it carefully in its original packaging and contact us to arrange a collection.

The collection charge is only £25. This is the fee we pay directly to the courier and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping & Returns

We dispatch all orders on the same day if they are placed before 1:00 pm. We use the FedEx Priority service, which is designed for next working day delivery.

If you place your order on a Friday, you will most likely receive it on Monday. However, in some areas FedEx may deliver on Saturday as well, depending on the local delivery driver and depot.

We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging.

Please contact our Dispatch Department, quoting your order number, and let us know that you wish to return the item, together with the reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with full instructions on how to proceed and arrange a courier collection for you.
