The story of the YL-985S began with a simple idea — to create a lightweight folding mobility scooter that would give people greater freedom without the hassle of heavy transport equipment. Inspired by the growing demand for compact travel-friendly scooters, the T-Sport design team focused on three key priorities: portability, comfort, and reliability.
After months of development and testing, the YL-985S was introduced as an ultra-light aluminium folding scooter designed to fit easily into most car boots and small storage spaces. Its quick-fold mechanism, removable lithium battery, and airline-friendly design made it especially popular with users who wanted independence while travelling, shopping, or enjoying days out with family.

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your order number serves as proof of warranty, so please keep it safe. When contacting us, please always quote your order number so that we can identify your purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with the motor, battery and electrical wiring.
Warranty exclusions include (but are not limited to):
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or user error (including use of the scooter by a person weighing more than the manufacturer's specified limit)
- Accidental or impact damage
- Neglect or improper maintenance
- Punctures or consumable parts
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Improper storage or environmental damage
- Failure to follow the user manual
Can I try it before purchasing?
Can I try it before purchasing?
Yes, you are welcome to try the scooter before purchasing, for example at our warehouse in Poole.
If we are located too far away from you, you can place an order, carefully unpack the scooter at home, and try it in your own environment. If you decide that it is not suitable for your needs, simply repack it carefully in its original packaging and contact us to arrange a collection.
The collection charge is only £25. This is the fee we pay directly to the courier and will be deducted from your refund amount.

We dispatch all orders on the same day if they are placed before 1:00 pm. We use the FedEx Priority service, which is designed for next working day delivery.
If you place your order on a Friday, you will most likely receive it on Monday. However, in some areas FedEx may deliver on Saturday as well, depending on the local delivery driver and depot.
We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging.
Please contact our Dispatch Department, quoting your order number, and let us know that you wish to return the item, together with the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with full instructions on how to proceed and arrange a courier collection for you.
